David as been in and out of property management since 2001. He began his career with Equity Residential before moving on to regional property management companies. David’s approach to leasing was used as a training template for the company’s national strategy. 

In 2005 he moved into an account management position representing Hewlett-Packard in the Oregon and SW Washington markets. Specializing in right-sizing office workspaces and reducing large scale operational costs in the private and public sectors. 

In 2018, David returned to property management, joining a legacy property management company, Milestone Property Management. He moved into the role of portfolio manager in 2021 and onto a senior portfolio management position at Olive Tree. His strengths are in day-to-day operations. Skilled in operations, leasing strategy, owner relations, maintenance coordination, and compliance within the Oregon and Washington market. Known for clear communication, strong organization, and a data-driven approach to property success. 



In his “spare” time, David is a voracious reader and enjoys travel and learning about different cultures. Scandinavia, Japan and Southern Italy are his favorite spots to revisit. David also volunteers at area hospitals visiting patients who are away from family and friends.
