Claudia Barajas is the Property Accountant for her company, where she manages accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, move-ins and move-outs, reconciliations, monthly owner reports, and month-end accounting close processes. She also supports tenants, managers, and vendors with payment and reimbursement needs, helping ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service. Claudia enjoys working as a team player and values collaboration in creating a positive and productive work environment. 

Claudia has been with the company since 2017 and has grown professionally through continuous learning and hands-on experience in property accounting. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and is passionate about continuing to expand her knowledge and skills in the field. 

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children, and granddaughter. She loves camping, traveling, and exploring new places with her family.
