Caleb Park brings large-scale operational leadership from some of the most disciplined organizations in the world. He has led complex, high-volume businesses where consistency, execution, and people management directly impact performance.
At Restaurant Brands International (Tim Hortons), Caleb was responsible for the performance of 114 restaurants, overseeing a market generating approximately $305 million in annual revenue and employing more than 2,600 team members. Under his leadership, these locations ranked #1 globally in speed of service across the system. His role spanned operational performance, financial oversight, real estate development, construction, and ongoing property and facilities management.
Previously, Caleb held senior leadership roles at Chick-fil-A Corporate, where he was part of an internal team deployed to stabilize and transition underperforming restaurants across the U.S. and Canada. He served as an acting franchisee, restored operations to brand standards, and successfully handed off locations to new ownership. He also played an early role in Chick-fil-A’s expansion into Canada, helping establish a growth model that continues to be studied today.
