From a young age, I was surrounded by the world of property and community. My mother owned her own bookkeeping business for apartment developers, and I grew up spending time on construction sites, watching buildings transform from the ground up. Those early experiences sparked my fascination with how homes and the communities within them, they are built not just with concrete and walls, but with care, connection, and purpose. 

That foundation led me to a career where I could combine my love for people with my passion for creating meaningful experiences. I’ve always been someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, whether that means assisting a resident with a need, welcoming someone new to the community, or ensuring every detail of daily operations runs smoothly. My approach to management is built on empathy, communication, and care. 

Prior to joining Grand Vista, I served as a Team Leader in Search and Rescue, where I developed strong leadership skills and learned the value of teamwork, patience, and staying calm under pressure. Those experiences continue to shape how I serve both residents and colleagues, with understanding, consistency, and compassion.
